Students accommodation for maximum of two nights will be provided by us. But, for Faculty members and Ph.D Students accommodation should be arranged by themselves. Because, without coming /leaving date/time and confirmation of your Train/Air Ticket, Hotel booking is not possible. When in/out date/time is confirmed by authors by sending their scancopy of ticket, we can book hotel/lodge for them by payment basis. Some shared basis student accommodation will be arranged by us as first cum first serve basis. For non-student delegates, we prefer you arrange booking of your accommodation by online , because, we have seen if we book hotel/lodges questions are raised about the quality of hotel/lodge. Also, sometime delegates want to stay with their spouses/relatives, in that case we face problem to arrange room/type of rooms etc. If anyway you can't manage your accommodation, let us know it and by payment basis we may arrange accommodation. Near Rail/Bus station/stops of Bhubaneswar, there are lot of hotels of different grades. You can book on spot also.
